采用專(zhuān)利隔離腔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),杜絕液壓油污染氫氣,即使在密封損壞的情況下也能保證油氣分離。通過(guò)液壓系統(tǒng)控制,讓電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和缸體運(yùn)動(dòng)解耦，啟停機(jī)不影響壓縮機(jī)壽命,啟停過(guò)程無(wú)需排氣。

壓縮缸中沒(méi)有曲軸連桿機(jī)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,故障率低。部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高,無(wú)進(jìn)口依賴(lài)，供貨周期短產(chǎn)品后續(xù)維護(hù)成本低，響應(yīng)速度快。

設(shè)備易損件只有缸內(nèi)活塞和活塞桿密封，且線(xiàn)速度極低,使用壽命長(zhǎng)，連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間可達(dá)4000小時(shí)。單機(jī)排量最大排量為1500標(biāo)方/H。

采用多級(jí)壓縮形式,單級(jí)壓縮比低,增加了級(jí)間冷卻,整機(jī)溫度低、能耗低,有助于延長(zhǎng)密封件使用壽命。槽車(chē)卸載最高，卸載壓力可低至3.5MPa。
