采用專利隔離腔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,杜絕液壓油污染氫氣,即使在密封損壞的情況下也能保證油氣分離。通過液壓系統(tǒng)控制,讓電機運轉(zhuǎn)和缸體運動解耦，啟停機不影響壓縮機壽命,啟停過程無需排氣。

壓縮缸中沒有曲軸連桿機構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,故障率低。部件標準化程度高,無進口依賴，供貨周期短產(chǎn)品后續(xù)維護成本低，響應速度快。

設(shè)備易損件只有缸內(nèi)活塞和活塞桿密封，且線速度極低,使用壽命長，連續(xù)運行時間可達4000小時。單機排量最大排量為1500標方/H。

采用多級壓縮形式,單級壓縮比低,增加了級間冷卻,整機溫度低、能耗低,有助于延長密封件使用壽命。槽車卸載最高，卸載壓力可低至3.5MPa。
